The security deposit must be paid in one payment, and cannot be paid by separate guests. The repayment can take between 3 - 10 working days, and is subject to an inspection of the property and use of facilities.

Parking is available at the Christchurch Car Park nearby. Charges apply for this service. Guests are offered a discount for parking and must have their ticket validated in the reception office on Crow Street to avail of the discount.

A security deposit of EUR 50 per person is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
